Skilled Nursing with Memory Care

Our staff provides 24-hour skilled nursing care for our residents. In addition our specialized memory care unit addresses Alzheimer’s and dementia therapy to deliver the most responsive and respectful care for all our residents.

Directly connected to St. Anthony of Padua Chapel, residents are at home in our community with daily mass, and pastoral care on each floor.

Our interdisciplinary team of caregivers partner with residents, families and physicians to create the best care plans for every situation.

We design plans to build strong relationships ensuring our residents all receive the greatest comfort and skilled nursing care possible.

Resident Rooms

Our large rooms provide plenty of space for all the comforts of home, and the unique “Butterfly” room design ensures that our resident’s privacy is always respected.

Dining Services

Our dietitians prepare five small meals a day for residents served in our spacious formal dining room, with smaller cafés available on each floor.

Community Amenities

We believe in living each day to the fullest, and plan our activities accordingly. Our therapeutic activities are available seven days a week to continually nurture and encourage every individual resident.
